Cerakote
Cerakote is a thin ceramic coating applied to various materials like metal, plastic, and wood to provide protection, durability, and a desired aesthetic. FAQs
Does all Cerakot have to be baked?
No, Cerakote makes an entire line that is air cured. Typically used for high temperature applications, the C-Series lineup can be applied to just about any substrate and air cured.
Can you color match Cerakote?
While the Cerakote lineup offers just about any color, sometimes an exact color match is needed. We can typically get our colors in house to match up extremely close but, for production applications, we can match to exact match and produce it in quantity. If you have a need for exact color match and production quantity, let’s make your own unique color!
Will Cerakote affect my tolerance?
Typically, no. In some extremely tight tolerance applications, we offer applications down to 0.5 mils. This is equivalent to 5 ten thousands of an inch. If you have a product that requires extreme tolerances, let’s talk about what’s the right application for you.

This can be somewhat of a loaded question however, we continually strive to meet your deadlines. Often working with customers that require our product returned timely for their production schedules, we aim to work for your success and not against it.
